Earlier this month, we premiered the Flyknit Hyperdunk 2016 Elite, with the promise that engineered mesh hightop and lowtop editions were on the way, too. Today that promise comes to fruition.
Introducing the Nike Hyperdunk 2016 High, which does indeed swap out Flyknit in favor of mesh, but the performance isn’t likely to suffer for the trade. The hightop silhouette and light, breathable composition manage to lock down while still offering lightweight flexibility, and the whole thing is built atop a full-length Zoom Air unit for superlative cushioning; just like the Flyknit edition.
Also like the Flyknit version, the Nike Hyperdunk 2016 High sports hollowed cavities between outsole and midsole, delivering trampoline-like snapback and responsiveness.
