Rejoice! We finally have official photos of this year’s so-called Nike Air Zoom Spiridon 16 and, after the Air Max 96 sole fiasco, it’s keeping impressively faithful to the original.
Of course, we knew the Spiridon’s sole wouldn’t be the issue — it’s being loaned out to a new Flyknit model at the moment, so it’d be odd to make changes. But the upper is true to form too, as a solid textile mudguard gives way to netted mesh build, and a classic grey, black and red palette punctuates the sleek, stylish design. This is the definition of “cult classic.”
