Update (11/04): And now in detail.
Kevin Durant’s signature shoe is a regular fixture in Nike’s at-least-annual N7 collections, which help raise funds to increase access to sports among Native American and Indigenous communities. We know that the KD 8 will again feature in the Nike N7 Holiday 2015 collection. Is this that Nike KD 8 N7?
The shoe doesn’t feature the same focus on turquoise and red that have become hallmarks of the N7 collection, though those colors are present, but it’s certainly not lacking good looks. A sort of tie-dyed effect on the Flyweave upper mixes turquoise with volt, black and red from the midfoot back to the heel, transitioning into a solid white toe.
The overall aesthetic is entirely distinct from past N7 editions, but it’s hard to imagine there’ll be any complaints. The Nike KD 8 N7 release date is expected on November 7, so we should know if this is the real deal or not in a matter of hours; days at the most.
Update: According to J23, this is indeed it. Better photo:
