Returned in 2013 to great acclaim, the Converse Aero Jam will see another wave of releases this spring, two of which we have a detailed look at today.
The quintessential 1990s hoops model, made famous two decades ago on the feet of Larry Johnson, will return in two white-based, colorfully accented pairs. One draws from LJ’s career with the Hornets — a pretty close approximation of the OG “Home” edition, actually — applying teal, purple and gold accents to an otherwise white-and-black upper, while the other hits a white leather upper with pops of red and blue.
First up, the White/Purple-Teal edition drops this Friday, alongside a red-accented grey pair. Further details as they develop.
