Continuing the Super Bowl shoes theme we just started with the Giants’ Nike Vapor Talon Elite, here are the Nike Vapor Talon Elite Patriots PE, worn by several Pats Super Bowl Sunday. Going for a much lighter look than the Giants version, these feature an even mix of white and blue over the Hyperfuse-enhanced upper. Yesterday we unveiled the breathtaking Nike Elite 51 Vapor Pack, an amazing new set from Nike Football featuring special make-ups of the Nike Elite 51 Vapor Talon Elite cleat and the Nike Elite 51 Vapor Trainer. After debuting NFL colored cleats and NFL team gloves, Nike Football continues a big week with the unveiling of their Nike Elite 51 Vapor Pack, release date set for this Sunday, February 5th (extremely limited quantities). The Elite 51 Vapor Pack features an absolutely remarkable take on two great Nike silhouettes, with the Nike Elite 51 Vapor Trainer sporting black and metallic silver over the upper, set off with a gold Swoosh, while the Nike Elite 51 Vapor Talon Elite features an even mix of metallic gold and silver over the upper contrasting with a black Swoosh. We shared a brief preview at Nike NFL gloves for six teams earlier, but now, having had a bit of time to track down the rest, here are all 32 Nike NFL team gloves. One of the first pieces of Nike NFL gear to be unveiled, along with the Hyperwarm Mock base layer and Vapor Talon Elite cleats, these are Nike Vapor Jet gloves, colored in team tones and featuring logos on the palms of the gloves, like we’ve seen in the past with college programs. Nike NFL Team Cleats

The long anticipated NFL uniform switch-over is nearly in full bloom, with the 2011/12 season closing out next weekend, ushering in the Nike era. And the new company is already showing off some great designs, like the Hyperwarm base layers of a couple months back, giving us something to chew on before the uniforms are fully unveiled (rumored for April). Today, check out the Nike NFL team gloves that many players wore in yesterday’s Pro Bowl; they’re Nike Vapor Jet gloves featuring team logos printed over the palms. The new Minnesota football uniforms were recently unveiled, to entirely unanimous accolades (from me). And while we just posted an article about them, including pictures of nearly all the possible combinations (except yellow-against-yellow, oddly), I understand that some people dislike reading and prefer their pictures to move. If you’re one of them, hit the jump for a video on the new Minnesota uniforms, with a little get-you-psyched music from Rihanna and Jay-Z.

The Golden Gophers are the first football team to get a postseason makeover, with the new University of Minnesota football uniforms being debuted Friday. Using the Nike Pro Combat System of Dress technology, Minnesota uniforms are directly at the intersection of fashion and function.

While the tech is arguably the biggest upgrade here, achieving the Pro Combat priorities of lightweight, breathable and streamlined, the aesthetics are perhaps the most impressive. Three jerseys were created to go along with three different pants (maroon, gold and white in each) fully showcasing the school colors.

An entirely new font was developed, based off a single number that was found from a 1940 jersey. Adding a cool effect to that font, both the white and gold jerseys feature a subtle brick pattern taken from one of the walls of Memorial Stadium.

On the front of the jersey, the block M logo appears just below the collar, with “MINNESOTA” migrating to the back of the jersey, replacing the name (as a reminder that this is the state’s team).

And of course there’s the new Minnesota football helmet, a remarkable maroon affiar sporting the currently-popular matte-style finish.

I did this once before — “this” being notify you that the Oregon Rose Bowl helmet was for sale. However this time, rather than just asking you to take a blind leap of faith with no actual product photo available, I’m adding an image of the actual helmet being sold. To recap:
