Starting tomorrow, July 1st, the new Nike Livestrong Fall collection will begin hitting select stores in the US, Canada, United Kingdom and France, a much more global release than is usually the case for Lance Armstrong’s philanthropic brand. The releases will include men’s and women’s versions of Livestrong tees, socks, Lunar runners, gym shorts and various other items. As usual, proceeds from sales of Livestrong items will go to benefit cancer research, so you can feel good knowing that you’re getting some pretty nice looking gear and helping others. Being that Kobe and most of the Lakers sport the Swoosh, it makes sense that we’d see a plethora of Nike Lakers championship tees, including another version of the Black Mamba 5 Rings tee alongside a Kobe 5 Rings Puppet tee, the Nike Cinco tee (with the same font as those “KOBE” tees), the LA Banner 16 tee and the One More Cookie t-shirt, featuring an awesome graphic of stacked cookies representing title rings. The Nike Lakers championship t-shirts release on June 30th. If you’re not in the LA area you should be able to grab them on Lakers.com, you may want to lock them in by pre-ordering though, they’re going quick.

I don’t follow skating, so I can’t really speak to his accomplishments within the sport but it looks safe to say that Paul Rodriguez is about to become the Michael Jordan of skating from a brand standpoint, with Nike SB set to launch the new P-Rod Brand featuring shirts, pants, shorts, hats, jackets and everything else you can imagine along with his signature shoes that are already available. Look for the Nike SB P-Rod clothing brand to hit stores this spring and enjoy a preview of about 20 pieces from the line beneath the cut. Via n-sb.org.

Without question, Nike makes some of the highest quality sweatshirts out there, primarily the AW77 which excels at mixing heavy duty, durable fabric with a still-lightweight feel and stylish look. This holiday season it looks like the theme will be Greek letters on several pieces, including a crewneck sweatshirt as well as a AW77 Full-Zip. Besides that, we’ll get the usual mix of varying colors and different fasteners ranging from pullover to full- or half-zips. A lot of gear from the Nike Sportswear Holiday line has been popping up lately, and today we have a pretty good preview of some of the t-shirts, jackets and polos we’ll be seeing in a few months. Notably, the GS Polo, most commonly available in solid colors with the pinwheel Swoosh chest-logo, will be hitting with different-colored trim and the shoe chest-logo, the Coaches Jacket will hit in two colors (just a remarkably casual-yet-classy coat), a few different NSW logo tees will hit shelves and we’ll see a couple more looks at the Windrunner light jacket. Now available at spots like Compound, as well as NikeStore.com (some of them anyway), are more pieces from the Nike Co-Lab World Cup collection designed for this summer’s World Cup teams. Included are tees, Grand Slam Polos and AW77 full-zip hoodies. Check out all after the jump.

I’ve spent a lot of time discussing the Nike SB footwear releases for April, and for good reason, but I’ve pretty much neglected the apparel. Although I shouldn’t, because it’s a pretty fly collection, featuring a sort of nautical theme on the pieces which include a striped polo, a few t-shirts with various eye-catching designs, a couple of windbreakers, a hat and the usual socks and belt. FC Real Bristol continues their ongoing Nike collaboration this week, releasing several more pieces from the Spring/Summer collection. Included in the releases are three 3/4 sleeve hoodies, three sets of matching gym jackets and shorts, and a couple of Dri-FIT compression pieces. And per the usual, all the pieces feature the “FCRB” Swoosh logo. If you’re digging this stuff … pull some strings. Nike has gotten together with students from Forest Park Elementary School in South Florida to create the “Kinbe Pa Lage” shirt, a Creole phrase that means “Hold on tight, don’t let go.” The shirt is meant to send a message of hope, love and empathy to the people of Haiti during this traumatic time. The shirt will help benefit Nike’s ongoing partnerships with Mercy Corps and Architecture for Humanity as those organizations continue to help the people of Haiti. When the preeminent Nike football program goes to their first Rose Bowl since 1995, you can bet Nike will put together some gear for them. Check out the Nike Oregon Ducks Rose Bowl clothing, consisting of a couple of hats, hoodies, t-shirts and t-shirt jerseys, most of them prominently featuring the Rose Bowl logo. And of course I’ll update as soon as I get word on uniforms for the Rose Bowl (although they could well keep that under wraps until gametime). Obviously we could all see Oregon doing something silly.
