Sneakerheads and creative types alike are constantly conceiving of new ways to store and display their kicks. Keep them out of the way, sure, but what’s the point of having them if you can’t show them off a bit? Well here’s the latest greatest invention; call it the Air Jordan storage box.
What’s simply a giant Air Jordan sneakerbox upon first glance is quickly transformed with two quick moves. First, just as you’d expect, the lid comes up, showing off eight or so pairs inside. Then the front offers up storage of its own, too, as a drawer slides out to reveal another eight-ish pairs hidden away. It’s so on-the-nose — a shoe box that holds . . . shoes — it’s a wonder it’s not already being mass produced.
Of course, rather than taking my word for it, you could just watch the video below. Enjoy, and hit up the Woodist Punk if you want to order your own. The existing ones measure 100cm x 70 x 46 and will run you £300 each plus postage, though he’s quick to mention he can build them to any dimensions.
