Another Nikeblog exclusive for you today, a not once but twice remixed AM90. The official name is still a bit murky, so let’s call it the Nike Lunar Air Max 90 JCRD, being that it combines a jacquard-style woven upper with Lunarlon integrated in the midsole. (It appears to be the Comfort 3.0 sole, so Air Max 90 C3.0 JCRD is both a mouthful and a very plausible title.)
Opting for Flyknit’s less performance-driven, more fashion-forward cousin, the upper sports variously-raised weaving in a one-piece build, overlaid with no-sew Hyperfuse-style detailing (excluding the usual AM90 piecing at the heel and lacestays). The aforementioned Lunarlon-infused midsole cushions beneath, offering superlative comfort and clean, contemporary style.
Precise release info is still in the offing, but it sounds like you can mark your calendar for Spring 2014.
