We broke the news that 2014 would see a Jordan Team 1 retro a couple of weeks ago, previewing three colorways in the process. Well if you were excited before, ramp it up a few more notches now; there will be at least six additional colorways of the classic hoops model, one of the earlier ones released under the quasi-sovereign “Jordan Brand” umbrella.
For the most part, these are predominantly monochromatic versions, with the shoe’s signature “separated” leather upper sporting one color, and contrasted by another on the outsole. For the most part.
But also included in today’s six, is one of the true classics on the model — the white/grey pair with red branding, which, after the blue/white edition, may be the most sought after Team 1 there is.
We’re still waiting on solid release info, so keep it locked to NB for details as they develop, as well as a few more exclusives in the coming days . . .
