It’s well documented that Jerry Seinfeld had a pretty impressive sneaker collection during the decade-long run of his iconic sitcom. If you didn’t already know that, you need only turn on one of the constantly-airing reruns on TBS; within moments, you’ll likely see Jerry in classic Jordans or awe-inspiring ACGs. But did you know that he in fact had his own shoe? The Nike Air Seinfeld, a signature model of sorts. Seriously.
Granted, it never saw mass manufacturing or an actual retail release, but Nike did put together a pair or two of the Air Seinfeld for the King of Comedy, a clean, simple look that goes predominantly white, with Air Jordan 7-style font reading “Air Seinfeld” on the heel. Aesthetically, it’s basically the Nike GTS Canvas in a Seinfeld PE.
There’s no release expected for the shoe unfortunately, but enjoy another shot below. And keep your eyes peeled next time you’re watching the show about nothing; perhaps there’s some unreported cameo out there.
