Converse has unveiled the Fall 2013 Cons Collection — both the Cons Skateboarding line and its Cons Lifestyle counterpart — and it’s looking like a strong season for the brand.
Highlights include . . . pretty much everything. The skate series is headlined by the Trapasso Pro II, which sports a molded Lunarlon sockliner, abrasion-resistant suede and memory foam, and the always-popular Cons CTS, which utilizes similar technology in an aesthetically different, more All-Star-like silhouette.
Off the skateboards, all three Cons Lifestyle models pair premium details and comfort with the brand’s classic sartorial tastes. The Pro Leather Vulc sets a simple leather hightop silhouette on traditional vulcanized rubber midsole; the Pro Blaze adds multi-colored collar-piecing to a timeless, easy style; and the Star Player mixes lowtop, casual comfort with premium Corinthian leather.
Retail for each shoe in the Fall 2013 Cons Collection ranges between $60 and $70. The collection launches globally on July 1st.
