Blake Griffin helped kick off the Zoom Hyperdunk 2011 with an earthquake-themed shoe about a year and a half ago, and now his game is the inspiration for a special edition of that model’s successor. The Nike Lunar Hyperdunk Blake Griffin is now available at select retailers. (I imagine it’s a strong candidate to sell-out quickly.)
This one also seems to sport a design influenced by the power of Griffin’s game, with a “cracked pavement”-like pattern covering the grey Hyperfuse — sort of announcing it as a sequel to the aforementioned Zoom Hyperdunk 2011 10.0 — but the overall palette is all Clippers, with that grey upper set off by red and blue accents. “BG32” adorns the tongue to firmly identify this as the Blake Show’s footwear.
