As we see most years, Nike will put together special colorway of LeBron’s latest shoe to pay homage to his first organized hoops team. The Nike LeBron 9 ‘Summit Lake Hornets,’ release date as yet unannounced, sports an eye-catching mix of purple (over most of the upper) and turquoise (Swoosh, midsole, liner), proving a perfect first for fans of Hornets Summit Lake or Charlotte alike.
