Nike and Jordan Brand can scarcely engineer a big-time new model these days without planning a special, China-inspired colorway. In the same vein as the LeBron 9 ‘China’ and Zoom KD IV ‘Year of the Dragon,’ check out the Air Jordan 2012 ‘Year of the Dragon,’ release date expected … sometime during the Year of the Dragon. (Is that supposed to be capitalized?) The shoe sports two-tone blue on the upper—university blue on the base, royal blue leather overlays—contrasted by yellow on the laces, inner-lining and tongue-adorning dragon, and a white outsole.
