Did you know that the Jordan Spizike was supposed to be a one-time release, but apparently was so popular it necessitated ongoing releases at regular intervals? I was reminded of this the other day and it’s sort of surprising, as the new Spizike doesn’t usually get people as amped as the new Air Jordan Retro. In any event, I do really like this version of the Spizike, as much for its variety of materials as for its variety of colors. The shoe sports large sections of black, white and cement, along with red and blue accents and the materials include nubuck, patent and standard leather. Also, the inner-lining will feature phrases from the Mars Blackmon/AJ commercials such as “I can fly” and “Michael Jordan flight school.” The Jordan Spizike Cement/Black-New Blue-Infrared release date is set for May 8th, 2010. More pictures after the jump (albeit from really strange angles).
