I guess it seems logical if you think about it, both are outside-the-box thinkers who innovate and challenge ideas of the norm and the possible. Developed with a mind toward reducing waste, the Buzz Aldrin x Nike 6.0 “Rocket Hero” Mavrk Mid 2 minimized use of dangerous solvents and and was created in a unique cold-wrap process. The shoe sports photos actually taken by Aldrin himself transposed onto the exterior and broken up with black suede panels. Aldrin further personalizes the shoe by including his signature on the back and a picture of his lunar footprint on the insole. The Buzz Aldrin x Nike 6.0 “Rocket Hero” Mavrk Mid 2 will hit retailers January 1st, 2010. More pictures after the jump.
