Dwyane Wade Joining Brand Jordan
After Dwyane Wade fueled speculation on Twitter yesterday by implying that something big was going to go down, the announcement has finally been made: Dwyane Wade is joining Jordan Brand. While it remains to be seen exactly what JB has in mind for him, we’ll likely see a Dwyane Wade Jordan shoe by October or November, to coincide with the beginning of the NBA season.
It looks like Jordan Brand is collecting a pretty impressive stable of young NBA stars; D-Wade joins Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Kevin Martin and Joe Johnson just to name a few. Oh and Derek Anderson (!!) and DJ Augustin. Is that more impressive than Bobby Simmons? I think I’ve covered this before. Props to TheShoeGame.com for the nifty picture.
