Air Jordan 1 High Grand Purple/Varsity Maize-White

The year of the Air Jordan 1 keeps picking up steam, seemingly adding a new colorway or style every week. (How about those July releases, btw.) This pair, the Air Jordan 1 High Strap grand purple/varsity maize-white, is a bit peculiar in that the pictured shoe appears to sport a mostly black upper … not purple. And there’s no “it’s grand purple, it looks black in the picture” argument. That’s black. This is grand purple. There’s also no strap on this pair of AJ1 High Straps, although to be fair that could easily be removed and added. Regardless of all that, the shoe looks really nice, sporting a black and white upper with maize accents, and a maize felt Swoosh. These drop in September. Check out more pictures after the jump.
