Livestrong x Mr. Cartoon AF1 collab

Seems like an unlikely collaboration, Livestrong and Mr Cartoon. But nonetheless, they’ve come together for this very unique Air Force 1. As you may know, Lance Armstrong is the founder of the Livestrong Foundation. They have done numerous work with Nike in the past. Mr. Cartoon is a renowned tattoo artist based in L.A. He’s collaborated with Nike before to create his own signure AF1. So he’s no stranger to Nike.

Detail on the shoe is very tattoo-inspired, and made by way of laser etching. The colorway is obviously Livestrong yellow. The side heel area is adorned with Mr. Cartoon signature ‘LA” design. This is also present on his first Nike AF1 collab. The AF1 is part of the Livestrong Greatest Hits Pack. The pack includes 4 shoes; The Footscape, Dunk High, and another AF1 collaboration. This pair of AF1′s are set to release around the time of the Tour de France(no further details). All proceeds go to Lance’s Livestrong Foundation. Check back with more details about release info.
