In another solid retro move, and another “volt” release for that matter, Nike will yet again be releasing the neo-classic Nike Total Max Uptempo black/volt, a Max Air basketball shoe from a few years back. The Total Max Uptempo uses a grooved black leather upper and midsole, along with volt Swoosh and full-length air unit. The outsole is an even mix of black and volt and looks like it should glow in the dark. It doesn’t. I had a pair of these a few years back and they were super-clean, really comfy, and great to ball in.
