Lacoste Crocodile Mythology Collection: May Releases

As you may recall (if not, click here for the original article), Lacoste is releasing their Lacoste Crocodile Mythology Collection over the next three months: nine pairs of shoes to be released to select locations and inspired by crocodile mythology from different parts of the world (the “crocodiles in the sewers” urban myth from New York, for example). I’ve already covered April’s releases, as well as the very cool animated commercials for each region of the world that the shoes cover. Well next up is the May collection and it’s pretty cool; two out of three anyway. Actually there will only be two different models in May, but one comes in two different colorways: the NYC Revan 3 drops in a black/blue and black/yellow colorway. Each have a black upper with shimmery croc skin and a little blue (or yellow) accenting with a grey midsole and outsole to match the accent. The Revan 3 also features an uncovered manhole, paying homage to the “crocodile in the sewer” legend.

The Missouri is an all white shoe with strap toward the toe (think Zoom LeBron VI) that looks like something your dad would wear to play racquetball in. Pretty subpar. The Revan 3 is cool though…. Pictures via HighSnobiety.com
