The Air Jordan 1 High Blue Sapphire/Neo Turquoise-White has started hitting retailers like CitySole and it has effectively put an end to the rumors of a patent leather upper. As you can quite clearly see, it’s an all blue nylon upper, the same material as the recent Air Jordan 1 Max Orange.
