According to Donna Goodison of the Boston Herald, Rajon Rondo has officially signed a five-year endorsement deal with Nike, shunning Reebok with whom he’s been associated since breaking into the league. Announcement from Nike should be forthcoming in January although I think he’s been rocking Nikes all season. Truth be told, this is probably a minor story, but it’s an excuse to publicize the following: Rondo either got drunk or lost a bet and got inked because he has the MOST RIGHTEOUS TAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I suppose he could have done it voluntarily, but it doesn’t really seem like that type of tattoo.
